Before you request a quotation
Can an existing roller be recovered?
Possibly. Core, shaft and bearing condition must be assessed first. Send photos of wear or damage and explain the operating problem; recovering is not suitable for every roller.
Are photographs enough to manufacture a replacement?
Photographs help identify the roller but do not establish exact dimensions or rubber properties. A confirmed drawing, measured specification or suitable sample is needed before production.
